Nothing says Summer than a cute harness ruffle with pastel lemons and limes. This ruffle harness is made from cotton paste; fabric with lemons and limes scattered throughout the fabric. The pastel gingham fabric bow completes the summer look. This harness is fully lined, machine washable (wash on delicate and dry flat), with a d-ring.
