Cow print is always in style. This ruffle harness is made from cotton black and white print fabric. The red bandana fabric bow completes this classic look. This harness is fully lined, machine washable (wash on delicate and dry flat), with a d-ring.

Item is great quality but very delayed. Was told twice it would be done and shipped right away….it was still well over a week later. I wouldn’t order again because promised timelines were not kept. Tried to make up for it by sending extra “gifts” but that doesn’t make up for delays.
